Rituals

You choose the offering that feels right for you, whether it’s a free reset, a single session, or a longer series. Before each experience, you’ll receive clear guidance on materials and what to expect. During sessions, you are invited to follow the prompt at your own pace with no pressure to share or perform. You take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and carry the practice into your own life as it feels supportive.

  • Intro to the Ritual is a single-session virtual art experience designed as a gentle entry point into creative ritual. Each session blends a guided prompt with open-ended making using accessible materials like clay, paint, and mixed media. These workshops offer structure without pressure and are perfect for anyone craving a moment of calm, curiosity, and creative reconnection without commitment or expectation.

  • The Seasonal Series is a multi-week virtual offering that allows participants to explore a creative theme over time. Meeting once per week, these sessions build on one another while still honoring flexibility and personal pacing. Seasonal Series are ideal for those seeking consistency, deeper reflection, and a sense of rhythm in their creative practice, all within a supportive and low-pressure environment.

  • The Art Ritual Reset is a free, 3-day guided creative journey designed to calm the nervous system and gently rekindle your creative spark. Each day offers a short, sensory-based art invitation paired with reflection and grounding practices. This reset is a beautiful way to re-enter creativity after burnout, overwhelm, or a busy season and serves as an introduction to the Art Ritual philosophy.

Kind Words

“So thankful for the Journey Beads Workshop. I don’t allow myself to stop and pause enough to reflect on things or moments— let alone a whole year. Looking back allowed me to move forward with more intent and purpose and with more clarity about my goals. So thankful Leeanna has thought to carve out space for people like me who are always on the go.”

Upcoming Studio Circle

This month’s Art Rituals invite you to explore the quiet, powerful ways we shine: through creativity, resilience, compassion, memory, and self-expression. Inspired by summer light, ocean treasures, and the ripple effect of small acts of care, RADIATE is about honoring what naturally glows within you and allowing it to be seen.

Throughout June, we will gather virtually to create meaningful art experiences rooted in reflection, storytelling, and play. Each ritual is designed to help you reconnect with your inner spark and consider how your energy, creativity, and presence impact the world around you.

All rituals are held virtually on Sundays at 8PM EST.

  • Mixed Media Keepsake Boxes

In this month’s opening ritual, we will transform small Altoid tins, jewelry boxes, or miniature containers into radiant treasure keepers inspired by the ocean and summertime nostalgia. Using seashells, beads, charms, pearls, dried flowers, glitter, found objects, air dry clay, and/or hot glue, participants will create decorative keepsake boxes that hold small reminders of joy, memory, and personal meaning.

Together, we will reflect on the idea that even the smallest objects can carry beauty, magic, and emotional significance. These tiny treasure tins become symbolic containers for what we wish to preserve, protect, or remember.

This ritual encourages participants to slow down, notice the details, and reconnect with childlike wonder through tactile art-making and intuitive decoration.

    Suggested Materials:

    • Altoid tins, jewelry boxes, or small containers

    • Seashells or beach finds

    • Air dry modeling clay and/or hot glue

    • Beads, charms, rhinestones, pearls, buttons

    • Acrylic paint or paint markers

    • Glitter, stickers, ribbon, lace, or trinkets

    • Optional: small written affirmations or notes to place inside

    Reflection Prompts:

    • What treasures have shaped who I am?

    • What memories or qualities do I want to preserve?

    • What small things in my life bring me light?

  • Small Actions, Lasting Ripples

This reflective ritual centers around the well-known “Starfish Story,” a tale that reminds us that even small acts of kindness and intention can deeply impact the world around us.

Together, we will read and reflect on the story before exploring the question: What is your starfish? In other words: What small action, offering, gift, or quality do you carry that has the potential to create meaningful change?

Participants will create symbolic artwork inspired by their personal “starfish” using drawing materials, paint, collage, writing, or mixed media. This ritual is less about perfection and more about reconnecting with purpose, compassion, and the ripple effect of showing up authentically.

In a world that often pressures us to do more, bigger, faster, and louder, this ritual serves as a gentle reminder that radiance can begin with one intentional act.

    Suggested Materials:

    • Paper, sketchbook, or canvas

    • Paint, markers, or colored pencils

    • Magazines for collage

    • Scissors and glue

    • Optional: natural objects, seashells, journal paper, or photographs

    Reflection Prompts:

    • What is something small I do that matters?

    • What kind of energy do I want to radiate into the world?

    • Who or what has been a “starfish” in my own life?

  • Radiant Self-Portrait Collage

For our final June ritual, participants will create expressive self-portrait collages that celebrate identity, authenticity, and inner light. Using magazines, photographs, words, textures, digital media, or found imagery, we will explore how to visually represent the parts of ourselves that deserve to be seen and honored.

This ritual is not about creating a realistic portrait. Instead, it is about creating an emotional and symbolic reflection of the self: your energy, your becoming, your softness, your power, your joy, your complexity.

Participants are encouraged to think beyond appearance and reflect on what truly makes them radiant. Through layered imagery and intuitive composition, this process invites self-celebration, visibility, and creative freedom.

This ritual closes the month by honoring the courage it takes to be witnessed fully and to shine without apology.

    Suggested Materials:

    • Magazines, printed images, or personal photographs

    • Scissors and glue

    • Paper, poster board, or sketchbook

    • Markers, paint, oil pastels, or pens

    • Optional digital collage apps or design platforms

    • Optional embellishments such as glitter, fabric, pressed flowers, or stickers

    Reflection Prompts:

    • What parts of myself deserve more visibility?

    • When do I feel most radiant and alive?

    • What does it mean for me to “let my light shine”?

“Going to one of Leeanna’s workshops is my favorite way to practice self care. Every time I leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and inspired. It’s like hitting a reset button on my brain.”
