The Art Ritual grew from a desire to create spaces where creativity could exist without pressure, productivity, or pathology. After years of witnessing how art supports regulation, reflection, and self-connection. I felt called to offer something adjacent to therapy, not to replace it, but to allow people the chance to heal themselves while honoring boundaries.
This work exists for people who want to make with their hands, reconnect with wonder, and feel grounded again — especially those who feel overstimulated, burnt out, or creatively disconnected.
